  6. I stopped by my home town’s special program, Parks After Dark.

    Pasadena’s The Human Services & Recreation Department is coordinating the Parks After Dark Program in order to expand summer programming that incorporates recreational, educational, cultural and family activities. By increasing the use of parks as social and community resources, it is hoped that communities will be strengthened and individuals will be influenced to see their communities and neighbors in a better light.

  8. Los Angeles Clipper’s center Ryan Hollins hosted his 3nd Annual Basketball Skills Camp at John Muir High School in Pasadena, California on July 30 - August 1, 2012

    Over 100 youth from ages 7-17 participated in 3 days of training, conditioning, and inspiration from Ryan and many special guest speakers and coaches.

    This video gives a glimpse of the camp and some of the youth who participated.

    A special thank you to Ryan Hollins, the Los Angeles Clippers, Pasadena Unified School District, John Muir High School, Nike, Whole Foods, Vita Coco, Powerade, BDA Sports Management Josh Childress, Dr. Rendford Reese, and the many great Coaches and Volunteers.
